Questions about pricing
Can I change my subscription tier?
You can move to a higher or lower tier at any time. When upgrading, we charge the difference from the next billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of the next period.
Are there sign-up fees or long contract periods?
No. Prices are clear monthly fees and you can cancel at any time. With yearly billing you get two months free — you pay for 10 months out of 12.
How is VAT handled?
Prices charged to business customers are stated excluding VAT (VAT 0%). We add the applicable VAT to the invoice, currently 25.5% in Finland.
What do the user limits mean?
The user limit is the maximum number of Fronterak accounts in your organisation: one user on Starter and up to 3 on Business. If you need more, the Enterprise tier is tailored to your company — contact us.
